A DRM-free audiobook player for iPhone and iPad
Bought your audiobooks DRM-free, or ripped them from CDs? Chapterpage plays them with the features you'd expect from a dedicated audiobook app.
What "DRM-free" means here
A DRM-free audiobook is a plain audio file you can copy and keep, such as an MP3 or M4B. Chapterpage plays those files: MP3, M4B, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF, CAF and FLAC. It can't play DRM-protected books, and it doesn't sell audiobooks.
What you get
Books, not tracks
A folder of MP3s becomes one book in the right order, with its cover, title and author, and your place is remembered in every book.
Chapters that work
Chapters from M4B files, MP3 chapter frames and markers, and .cue sheets, so you can jump straight to the part you want.
Listening tools
Speed from 0.5× to 3×, Clear Voice, skip intervals from 10 to 60 seconds, a sleep timer and bookmarks with notes, all free.
Your files stay yours
Books are never uploaded. Files you pick in the Files app stay where they are, and Chapterpage never moves, rewrites or deletes them.
DRM-free audiobook questions
Where can I get DRM-free audiobooks?
From stores and publishers that sell DRM-free downloads, from free public-domain recordings, and from your own CD rips.
Will my old CD rips work?
Yes. Put each book's tracks in a folder (subfolders like CD 1 and CD 2 are fine) and import the folder.
Is it free?
Playback, chapters, speed, Clear Voice, bookmarks and the sleep timer are free. Chapterpage Pro adds silence trim; plans and prices are shown in the app.
